It is important to Robert that his clients thoroughly enjoy the whole experience of having an idea / concept realised into a full functional piece of furniture. Robert finds the best way to ensure that there are no last minute surprises, working with you in a way that insures a complete understanding of the project.

Robert will visit you to discuss your requirements, budget, space and setting. After which he will present a hand rendered drawing with supporting scale and samples. Once the design and materials have been agreed you will receive a full quotation / schedule and the project will commence following a 50% deposit - with the remaining payment due on delivery.
